一般社団法人Zen2.0 共同代表理事
富士通株式会社を経て慶應義塾大学院後期博士課程単位取得退学、ITベンチャーを役員を経て2009年にenmono社を設立。自身のリストラを契機に心のバランスを崩す経験を経て、自宅で坐禅を開始し、その後現在の会社を創業にいたるまで回復する。町工場のイノベーション講座「zenschool」を開催、数々の町工場の自社製開発を支援。
自分自身が「禅」に助けられた個人的な「お礼」として他の創業者と共に鎌倉から世界に「禅」とマインドフルネスを発信する国際カンファレンス「Zen2.0」を企画運営。2018年4月一般社団法人創立、宍戸氏ともにZen2.0共同代表理事就任。4人ではじめたZen2.0は世界最大の禅とマインドフルネスの国際カンファレンスに成長する。最近は生成AIの急速な技術発展にともない、AI時代にどのような人間のあり方があるべきかという観点から「AIといきがい」に関して国際的なカンファレンスなどでキーノートスピーカーを務める。

After working for Fujitsu Limited, he left Keio University Graduate School to pursue a Ph. After experiencing a loss of mental balance due to his own restructuring, he began practicing zazen at home and later recovered to found his current company. He has held “zenschool,” an innovation course for local factories, and has helped numerous local factories to develop their own products.
In April 2018, he founded a general incorporated association, and together with Mr. Shishido, became co-chairpersons of Zen2.0. Zen2.0 has grown to become the world’s largest international conference on Zen and mindfulness. Recently, with the rapid technological development of generative AI, he has been a keynote speaker at international conferences on the topic of ‘AI and IKIGAI’ from the perspective of what the ideal state of humanity should be in the age of AI.
He is the author of several books, including “Let’s Start Micro-Monozukuri” and “Zen-like Dialogue Changed Employees’ Consciousness: True Innovation.
