石渡（村瀬）万希子

リーダーシップ・コーチ、マインドフルネス講師。 金融業界12年、Eコマース8年、スタートアップ3社経験し、2014年ファッションECベンチャーFarfetchの代表取締役として日本法人立上げに参画、40人のチームに育て売上を伸ばした。女性リーダーとしての在り方に苦しんだ際に、瞑想やコーチングに助けられた経験から、リーダーシップコーチ/コンサルタントとして独立。リーダーの意思決定をサポートするマインドフルネスプログラムMBSATの日本人初の認定講師。2020年よりシリコンバレーに拠点を移し、起業家メンタリングも行う。2021年以降日本の上場会社2社の社外取締役として、サステナビリティやDEIにも携わる。 慶應義塾大学総合政策学部、INSEAD MBA（経営学修士）。 国際コーチ連盟ACC、CTI CPCC、MBTI Certified Practitioner資格、 ORSC応用過程修了、TLC (The Leadership Circle) 認定コーチ、SMU(シンガポール経営大学)にて、MBSAT(Mindfulness Based Strategic Awareness Training) 日本人初認定講師。

Leadership Coach, Mindfulness Instructor. After 12 years in the financial industry, 8 years in e-commerce, and 3 startup companies, she was part of launching the Japanese subsidiary of Farfetch, a fashion e-commerce unicorn, as Managing Director, and grew the team to 40 people and increased sales. Through her struggle in finding her path as a female leader, she started meditation and coaching, and became an independent as a leadership coach and business consultant. She is the first Japanese instructor certified in MBSAT, a mindfulness program to support leaders’ decision making. She has been based in Silicon Valley since 2021, and has also started mentoring entrepreneurs. From 2021, she has also been serving as an outside director for two publicly listed companies in Japan, where she is involved in sustainability and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
