テレビ局アナウンサー、フリーアナウンサーを経て、教育・医療・PR/IR・食品業界などでの幅広い業務を経験。
 その後起業し、ハッピープロデューサー®︎として、一人ひとりが自分らしく輝き、幸せに働き・幸せに生きていけるよう、企業研修やライフキャリアコーチング/カウンセリング、ウェルビーイングをテーマとしたワークショップ、マインドフルネ講座など、さまざまな活動を通して支援をしている。

After working as a TV announcer and freelance announcer, she has had a wide range of work experience in education, medical, PR/IR, and food industries. Later, she started her own business, and she have worked as a ‘Happy Producer’ which means that she endeavors to help people to shine from within so that they can live and work happier and with vigor through various activities such as corporate training, life career coaching/counseling, workshops on wellbeing, mindfulness courses and other services.
