Leadership Coach, Mindfulness Instructor. After 12 years in the financial industry, 8 years in e-commerce, and 3 startup companies, she was part of launching the Japanese subsidiary of Farfetch, a fashion e-commerce unicorn, as Managing Director, and grew the team to 40 people and increased sales. Through her struggle in finding her path as a female leader, she started meditation and coaching, and became an independent as a leadership coach and business consultant.
